Just hit 138,000 and my 2nd MOT - no problems whatsoever, I thought I'd make
a record to show idle googlers how a well maintained Alfa can keep plugging
on!

(last work was 2 replacement upper front wishbones due to ball joint wear
and tear)

'04 147 JTD 16V

ps - if anyone wants a bargain, it's going soon as 4yrs are up....

Heh, that's not bad going. Maybe I should forward this to my fleet
manager.....

Just for the record, here are my higher mileage cars, either current
mileage or when I sold them:

Alfa 155 TSpark - 144,000 miles.
Alfa 75 TSpark - 134,000 mile track slag. Still counting.
Alfa 156 TSpark - 128,000 miles, never 'failed to proceed'

:-D

Tried my local Shell garage a couple of days ago and the limit wasn't
displayed any more! This looks like a bad sign for future prices :-(
