Default "for service MS"

Could someone tell me the meaning of "oil labeled For Service MS" We
can find this on the manuals of our aircooled engine

I found SAE 30 API SF oil for use on 4 stokes Honda grass cutters
(aircooled) could this be a Service MS?

Thanks for the replies.

It's funny that we can find more technical information on internet
saying that monograde SAE30 oil is better on same applications.

The sentence "is the oil that lubes not the additives" may be is right
for some engines.

FYI I'm using SAE30 but sometimes is hard to find.
