Default front wheel bearings

greetings, i own a 1997 stratus and i believe one if not both front
wheel bearings are shot. are they a pain in the ass to replace? will i
need special tools? i have changed my front brakes so i am somewhat
familiar with whats going on down there. if only one bearing is bad
should i replace both?
thanks, cj
