It's buried in the same menu section as the wheel selection. I haven't got it on at
the moment or I'd confirm how you get there. There are a couple of controller
option tiles on the left of the screen, and you move to the right to select your
wheel. Along the way is a tile for options in which there's a FFB setting.

I'm not sure yet whether you have to return to that and "force" it back during
every session. It definitely worked yesterday when I found the setting and changed
it mid-session, but today when I tried it I was less convinced. The setting was
still at 1 where I left it, but the wheel felt pretty stiff again.

I need to do some more thorough testing.
