So why does he need to share it with the NG? He obviously has a problem in
organisation (IMHO) if he finds a dealer 12-14 miles away 'a little too far
to travel becasue of work related reasons...

I work 50 odd miles away from my dealer, and still managed to get my car
into them without missing any time at work. However the problem I find with
alfa dealers are they can never book you in when you need to be booked
in.... you always have to wait for 2 weeks and even longer if you want a
courtesy car...
