For sure. But of course, base closures are periodic and strongly
fought over. How about trading coastal Pendleton for Salton Sea?
They could fix the damn thing, fix the damn developments that have
died because the sea is going back to what it was before it was
mistakenly created could come back, etc...

Still don't know how they could find old ordnance, they're never as
good at it as 11 year old kids.

Area near Superstition mountains would be a great place for a
racetrack.
