If the manual says 91 then use 91.

Sure it may have a knock sensor, but your engine won't be running as it
should. ie. less power, etc

Also your only saving about $4.00 ish a tank of fuel. If that's going to
break the bank then maybe you shouldn't have bought a new vehicle..
