my brother has a 96 explorer, and when he tries to turn on the right turn
signal it just buzzes. if he pushes it up lights without clickin it all
the way up, the turn signal works, if he pushes it all the way, is just
makes a buzz sound. i tried to tell him that it might be the flasher, but
he doesnt think im right...any ideas? thanks
