Default Smelly Exhaust, Oil stains on bumper, what could this be? Civicproblems.

Just to clarify yes it is burning some oil... I've put on about 1500
km since last oil change and yesterday it was on the low point, I
should have checked sooner. I will replace all that, it's in need
of replacement, along with some other things. Thanks.
