Sounds like "toe out." Toe is adjusted at the steering gear tie rods (tying the
rack and pinion to the wheels to turn the wheels per the input from the steering
wheel).

Toe is one of the three alignment angles that is consistently available to
adjust on all cars. (Whereas the other two main alignment angles, camber and
caster, are likely not adjustable on your car.)

For more info on toe etc., google for "toe camber caster alignment." There are
nice many nice one page summaries of the effects on tire wear of each when not
set correctly.

Make sure your tires are maintained at the correct inflation pressure.

Your car hasn't been over any bad bumps lately, has it? So as to bend suspension
parts that affect alignment?
