Default 1966 Ford Mustang 3/13/2007 - 1966 Ford Mustang front view.JPG (1/1)

Today, Blue Oval/Dan Edwards made these interesting comments ...

Great news! Call when you have time and fill me in! BTW, ya gots
ta spare some time for you, dude! <grin>

More good news. One of the things I wanted to talk to you about
was Charlie, and another guy I "discovered", Billy, who lives in
Mississippi. Charlie would LOVE to hear from you again just to
say "hello" and chat, 'cepting he ain't exactly what one would
call assertive, so he's not likely to call if you don't.

P.S. Just about ready to replace my HEMI early. I want to special
order this time and don't want to risk getting nailed by a plant
build-out, which is the date they will no longer accept new
dealer or customer orders. Usually gets into May or even June but
has stopped as early as April. Had the hots big time for an SRT8,
maybe a Detonation Yellow Super Bee, but people I trust that've
driven them in the MI snow say das ist das verboten mit der SRT8!
So, methinketh my new car will be a TorRed stardard R/T but with
the Road & Track Performance Group added, which has some exterior
tweaks, really nice looking performance buckets, stronger brakes,
tighter steering, and better handling without being harse. And,
it has the exhausts you loved so well in the TorRed Daytona you
saw and heard, really nice rumble. Plus, I'll take the extra 10
ponies the low-restriction exhaust provide. No pics, maybe I'll
shoot some at my local dealer, they've got one on the lot but not
the way I want it.
