Default problem starting

You are describing a battery not getting fully charged.

You can have dirty connections on the battery cables at either end or
maybe a fan belt that isn't grabbing the alternator pulley or a bad
battery or a bad alternator.

Cleaning the connections would be a good idea anyway.

The battery can act like that if it is low on fluid.

You need to get a multimeter, even a cheap one and see what voltage is
getting to the battery to really tell more.
