....from the body shop yesterday. Already have been driving it
exclusively since I got the keys again. Man, I forgot how nice it was
to drive a real car... sorry American car fans, my new Chevy is nothing
on a 18 year old beater 944. Would take the 944 every time, unless
there's snow on the ground. I love my car. (and I was actually
considering selling it - well now that the quarter panel I didn't like
was replaced thanks to an idiot hit and runner, I don't think that's
happening, unless I get a good line on a 944 Turbo...)

One thing I forgot though was how pathetic the dash illumination is on
a 944. Already wishing for a Flamingeye dash light kit, if I could get
my hands on one... it is not good to be driving around at night
squinting and staring to try to read the gauges. Also need to find out
why I have a nasty vibration right about 80 MPH... I swear one of the
balance shaft belts is off, despite two shops having told me they're
right...
