This past Sunday a dangerous desperado was the subject of a police
chase in Plain City Utah. Only problem is, he'll never be charged for
the crime. Even though the police video showed numerous violations.

Why no charges?

When the vehicle stopped in front of a house, the driver made a mad
dash to it. The video clearly showing a child of 7 years of age was
the driver.

My question is, how did the kid's feet even reach the pedals?
Not to mention seeing where he was going.
