Except that is a "wearing out" problem.
OTOH,you pay a yearly fee for "renewing" something that does NOT wear
out,or fade away,or change;a disguised tax.

But you know that.You're just not honest enough to admit it.

No,you pay for "license" to USE your vehicle.and pay again and again,every
year.IOW,a usage tax.
