For years I've heard the advice to coat battery posts & terminals with
Vaseline to prevent corrosion. I've never done it because it seems
like the grease would act like an insulator and impede...

Never mind. Using two points and taking the weight of the wrench
itself into consideration (it weighs three pounds) the wrench is still
within the stated 3% tolerance. Amazing!

I can check the calibration the way you say, but if it's off I don't
know how to adjust it. The booklet that came with it suggests it has
no serviceable parts.

replacement at Auto Zone, but it doesn't fit right.

Pure One or Mobile 1 Oil Filter -- Which?

There are websites that Pure One oil filters as the best. Mobil 1
filter are also considered good, but they cost twice as much as Pure
One.

Assuming they cost the same which would you choose?
