2.5l, '97 wrangler, valve lifters....do I need a special tool to remove the
lifters? Where do I get it? Will the lifters come out without removing the
head? I know I could use a magnet, but...

JGC oil leak help needed
Please reply to the group how your repair went. I have the same leak, and I
can't find a torx bit short enough to remove the bolt. I looked at the

JGC won't restart!!!
My sympathies to you. I have also had problems with Recon. My first engine
had low oil pressure...had it replaced....but I still can't get the $'s from
them that I spent for the replacement...

How does the group feel about changing oil brands? I have a 97 GC, 150,000
miles. I have used havoline 10/30 every 3000 to 4000 miles since i have had
this jeep. I have a friend that changed...

The plastic 'soft' cover on my front door panels is separating from the door
panel. I remember a tsb on this, my dealer states the entire panel would
have to be replaced. I know I saw something...

97 wrangler, just put 31's (tires) on it. Speedo says 64 when actually
going about 70 now. Tire guy said may make 1-2 mile per hour difference,
