wiring frustrations!

I'd bet it's the ground circuit in the bulb socket it's self. I've
replaced tons of them for problems like this. Many times the turn
indicator on the dash will glow when the headlights are on too....

wierd electrical issue

The cam sensor connector and the ign coil connector are the same. Make
sure you didn't switch them.

A/C problems

Typical failing clutch symptoms. Easy to check, too. When it stops
working, pull over, leave it running with the A/C on, open the hood
and look at the compressor clutch. If it's engaged, that's not...

The Renix ECU doesn't store DTCs. The tester you refer to (MS 1700)
will guide you through a self test (key on, key off, step on
accelerator, etc) and look for the proper response. If it doesn't...

All keys are not cut the same. Wouldn't make much sense.

Once programmed for one vehicle, a key cannot be programmed for
another.

The PCM puts a 5v diagnostic voltage on the signal circuit. It's
normal. No, it won't light your 12v test light.
