Stuck CD
I had this problem on my wife's Mercury Mountaineer. The dealer said it was
covered by the warranty AS LONG AS the CD was a regular CD, not one with a

You can find tissue boxes that are 5 3/4 x 4 3/4 at many grocery stores (but
not all). They will fit the opening in the '99 Explorer.

oil life monitor question
If it really monitored the "quality of the oil", it would turn itself off
when the oil was changed. You wouldn't have to manually turn it off. I
believe it is just based on the miles driven since...
