(later Spirit and Concord, later Eagles).
and they were all based on the same cowl, short & long floorpans,...

Well, it would be far beyond anything I would try myself......but then

the Mustang is a convert which is not only butt-up, but has a smallish
rear window.with wide band of vinyl at the bottom (and its now reached
1800 miles in 4 years, so unlikely to replace...

aerodynamics of a brick.
and surely it makes sense to reasonably employ aerodynamics to increase
fuel efficiency.

advice for selling: fix first?
there are buyers looking for "fixer-uppers"......and they expect the
price to reflect needed repairs.
I'm stay away from any car that has multiple little problems.......if
the owner hasn't taken...

Old farts in nice cars
in my wild youth, I had a new, bright-red Z-28 (and a very thick

a lot of my gripes with my '06 come from the hype when they came out:
bigger interior, and designed from drawing board to be a convert so more
solid according to all the mags.
