This is correct.
This clutch is hydraulic and is self-adjustable. If the clutch isn't slipping when accelerating it's most probably ok. You could have a defective clutch valve and/or hydraulic oil leak. e36 clutch pedal adjustment question
Hi all-
I just purchased a '97 328 iS (e36). The engagement point of the clutch comes nearly at the top ot the pedal travel range. Is there a do-it-yourself way to adjust the pedal so that the engagement point is lower to the floor? Is this condition an indication of clutch wear? (I know it would be on a cable actuated clutch, but this one is hydraulic, right?) TIA 'round_midnight |
