Need help in identifying this heap

I found this junker truck near the Extraterrestrial Highway. [Area 51
and all the stuff.] Any help in identifying the heap would be
appreciated.

Under noralcircumsyances, I direct people to the horseles carriage
Foundaionin La Mesa, California.

In this case, I doubt that you wil find contacting them worth the
costof the research.

Off hand, I think that might be a Dodge panel in one shot. Probably
just a bunch of jukk dropped by more than one person

Looking at the junk, I believe it is all from the same vehicle.
However, much of the vehicle is missing.

I didn't notice anything like a VIN panel. Is there some place on old
trucks that would be likely to yield a manufacturers name?

Old vehicles (Pre WWII, which aren't really that old to me) most often
had them on the frame rail, probably on the drivers side. Model and
date might be included, but it's sometime just part of the S/N.

Thanks. The frame hadn't occurred to me. I will see what I can dig up.
