Will an '02 explorer bumper cover fit a '00 explorer sport?
 

I bought a used 2000 ford explorer sport about 5 months ago. This
explorer sport is great. the 4.0L SOHC engine makes it VERY agile
[considering the V6 SOHC model has the fastest 0-60 time out of all 3
engines in the 4 door catergory, it makes driving my 2 door sport very
enjoyable! :-)]. i've made minor modifications on the intake and put a
flowmaster exhaust system on it and it sounds surpisingly good for a
V6. its in great condition and only had about 57k miles on it when i
bought it. the only thing is that it needs some minor body work. there
are some scrapes and dinks around the edges and the front bumper cover
is crushed and warped on one corner and im not sure it can be repaired
considering its made of plastic. i was looking at a new bumper cover
and was wondering if i could make an '02 bumper cover fit cleanly on my
'00 sport. does anyone have any idea if that is possible? i know the
foglight assembly would have to be changed out, but other than that,
would i be able to do this? its so hard to find aftermarket body kits
for explorers i was just wondering if i could interchange parts between
years and maybe make mine stand out a little from the rest of the
explorer population.
