Help with Kadron/Solex 40 dual carbs

We were rebuilding these carbs and when we out it back together the
acceleration circuit wasn't pumping any gas out of the nozzle. When we
were rebuilding them we removed the little brass cap in the float chamber
and there was a little silver ball and a black plastic plunger. We put it
together with the balls under the black plungers and on one side the
little ball kept falling out a little whole. Does anyone know how it's
supposed to go together?

Thnx
