In other words, you don't have any. Maybe it would be a good idea to just
come out and say it, or actually do the research to back up your allegation
and post it. But, nooooo, that would require actually doing something other
than casting empty statements around.

Ok, I read message that had the cite AFTER I made a post asking for
one...

The OP said there were cases before SCOTUS.

The cite I was directed to:

...was the case decided by a Federal judge.

This decision is ludicrous. And given what I hear about the 9th
Circuit, it might not get overturned there either but I think the
SCOTUS would be a different story.

Now, this was posted 2 years ago (December 2003 article). Any
followup?
