Engine rattling noise and rough engine idle at cold start

I had this problem fixed free under Ford Campaign 00M12. I took my 2000
Mecury Moutaineer to my private car repair dealer to have him fix this
problem. He told me to take it to a Ford dealer to have it repaired for
no charge. ) This also covers Explorers.
