90 accord shoulder strap
 
where is the motor for the shoulder belt ?
the passenger side stop working. This is the passive restraint belt that
moves when you open and close the door.

It doesn't matter where it is. If you're in USA, it's up to the dealer
to fix it for free, even if you're not the original owner.

It's in the owner's manual.

American Honda has a lifetime warranty for seat belts. Free fix to you.

Go to your local dealer.
