Snow chains on a 2001 Dakota 4x4?

Has anyone running 265 70r 16 tires on their 4x4 Dakota tried running snow
chains? Any body damage? 2001 qc 4x4
The chains will be for offroading in the hills (so the "don¹t need
chains..learn to drive" guys can keep quite ;-) )
