You're likely to get yourself killed for doing that... gas stations
are one-way and nobody's happy about some dickhead cutting in the
wrong way. I have no qualms in forcing someone who tried that back
out of the station with my front bumper.

If you are the next person in line, I see nothing wrong with this.
The only reason it is not a good idea and isn't done at very busy gas
stations is there's always someone who doesn't see what you are doing
and they get backed into.

You would be the one who is way out of line on that one, Paul - the
proper way to handle a line cutter at a very busy station is the
station attendant turns off the pump and tells the line cutter "No Gas
For YOU! Go away!"

If you try shoving his car out of the station with your car, you are
playing a really stupid game of Machismo Poker.

You just called that guy's opening hand of "Bad manners infraction
Boorish Behavior" and raised the stakes WAY up to "Felony Assault with
a Deadly Weapon (Automobile)", and a raft of other possible felony
charges depending on exactly how you did it. And unless your name is
Orrenthal James Simpson you aren't going to get a Jury Nullification
and skate on those charges, the DA will make something stick.
