No, I don't think so. The open-wheeled Formula One's are obviously faster.

With your eyes open I think keeping the MCF1 on the track for a whole race
is possible. Running a 100 lap race might mean that you could go off the
track every so often. But then if you had no arms and had to negotiate the
turns with your forehead, going off track is a possibility. [please read:
dumb question]
