1996 Town & Country - hvac question

I have a problem with the hvac unit in my van. A few days ago one of the
relays made its presence known thorugh some very active "clicking". The next
day none of the controls on the dash for the heater or ac would work, other
than the blower. I've checked all the fuses - all good. I've traced power
following the schematic and I have power where its expected. Short of
replacin the circuit board, is there something else I should consider?

Thanks,
Doug

Never mind - I found the problem.

And what was that - some of us also might like to expand our knowledge base!
