Alfa Romeo meeting in Kraków
 

Dear Alfisti!
The members of the Polish Alfa Romeo internet club IK@R (Internetowy
Klub Alfa Romeo) are pleased to inform that there is the 10th
jubilee-meeting and the 8th Alfa Romeo rally being organised, which will
take place in and around Kraków (Poland), from 4th to 6th June, 2004.
The plan of the meeting
Friday, 4th June:
from 5 p.m. - checking in (in the hotel)
from 6.30 p.m. - the evening party (bonefire, grill)
Saturday, 5th June:
7.00 - 9.00 am - breakfast
8.30 am - pre-rally training, registration (distributing numbers and
documents) and pre-rally technical car check
9.15 am - the start of the first team
4.30 pm - the finish of the first team
5 pm - dinner and the beginning of the evening party (bonefire, grill);
during the party the results of the rally will be announced and the
prizes will be awarded
Sunday, 6th June:
8.00 - 10.00 am - breakfast
10.00 am - Photo session
1 pm - The end of the meeting
The rally is of an amateur character and everybody can take part in it
(in cars not prepared to sport).
The organisers would like to inform those who would be interested in
taking part in the meeting about the costs and accommodation options:
4th - 6th June - 200 PLN/person (42 euro) which covers the cost of two
parties (on Friday and on Saturday) and breakfast on Sunday
5th-6th June - 125 PLN/person (27 euro) which covers the cost of the
party on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday
Without accommodation - 60 PLN/person (13 euro) which covers the cost of
the party on Saturday
The cost of meals is included in the accommodation price.
There are mainly double rooms and a few 3-bed ones.
The cost of participation in the rally is 50 PLN/car (10.5 euro)
(attention! Helmets, extinguishers and first aid kits are neccessary)
