starter clicks but doesn't turn over by Joe Feise
On my '99, I regularly have the problem that the starter solenoid clicks, but the starter won't crank right away. I have to turn the ignition key on and off several times before the starter turns. I have a new starter and a new ignition switch. This has annoyed me for several months. Does anybody...

I am trying to replace 2000 mazda 626 rear pads and rotors. Haynes manual says to loosen emergency brake cable nut and disconnect cable. I removed the retaining clip and tried to loosen what looked like a nut next to it but after many turns it appears to be only an octagon shaped clamp for the...

What did I fry in my dashboard? by [email protected]
Over the weekend I fried a red/gray (or black) wire located just to the right of the steering column leading into the center console in my '92 Miata along the bottom of the dashbord. It paralleled a blue wire. My guess is there was a short involving the Viper security system toggle switch, which I...

Indy 500? by XS11E[_1_]
For the 91st time the Indianapolis 500 is being run w/o one single Miata being entered! Obviously the promoters of the race are being very unfair, next year I think I'll put a cold air intake and racing tires on my 1992 and enter. Meanwhile, I'm rooting for Danica Patrick, she's a local girl...
