The easiest fix I could find was the following from a guy nicknamed 'ghozt': Using any hex editor find the following hex number sequence in the executable you want to play. (dd2.exe is the low-res version, dd2h.exe is the hi-res version): dd2.exe: E8 2E 36 00 00 85 C0 75 1E 6A 10
