For anyone that's interested I just finished fitting a GSF Catalytic convertor to my '96 1.8 (ADR) A4 Avant today. Its probably not quite as solid as the Audi original & its a slightly different shape but it fit well (in that the two ends lined up where they were supposed to be!)....

Hi, I had the clutch replaced ('86 5000 TQ), all the gears except 1 and 2 go in easy, gears 1 and 2 I have to push the stick as far to the side (left of course) as possible and then it will shift. Is this normal because the clutch is new or should I go back to the mechanic? TIA! cp
