Newbie questions on car purchase by Steven O.
The last time I purchased a car was 1993, and the technology has changed so much since then I feel like a total "newbie" at this. I'm not even sure if they had SUVs back then, for example. Also, my circumstances have changed. I had a car accident about a year ago, and am still suffering neck...

A/C issue by Adrians
My 95 Plymout Acclaim' A/C does not work as one expects; namely, the cold air is missing almost entirely (the supply pressure seems to be ok). Can anyone give me some advices? (auto-service's repair could be as expensive as the car price) Thank you!

My curious mind wants to know... My daughter's 98 Olds (V6) failed state inspection because of a huge number of misfires recorded as having occurred in one cylinder, and the "check engine" light was on. I tried a new spark plug and lead and swapped coils, but the condition remained so I did a...

New Yokohama Avid tires on 97 Accord (pull to the left, squirrely handling - endless frustration) by [email protected][_1_]
In May, I got a new set of tires of my 97 Accord (170,000 miles). I decided to go with Yokohama Avids since many people on USENET and Tire Rack had great things to say about them on 94-97 accord. After getting them on, I noticed a pull to the left and squirrely handling. Kind of like the car was...
