I would recomend against buying from them. It usually has the ABS light on while driving, except of course when we bring it to the dealer....

FWD Buick 3800 and Chevy 2.8.. same bellhousing? by [email protected]
Hello, just wondering who can confirm or deny that these would be the same. Having googled through the NG, some people say yes some say no. I've got an 88 Park Avenue that the damned 440T4 gave up on. There's a low-mile 440T4 for sale close to me, but it was from a 2.8 application. Any ideas as...

Hi, I'm looking at purchasing a car that sat idle for several years. The car starts OK, seems to run fine, and has no driveability issues. No fluid leaks. I'm wondering what else to look for prior to the possible purchase, and what needs to be done after buying the car (fluid changes, etc..) to...

Best way to pull U-joint snap-rings? by Don Bruder
Subject pretty much covers it - What's the best way to deal wth the snap-rings that hold a U-joint together? Best I've managed to come up with so far is a pair of "crossed screwdrivers" to push them off - Seat the blade of one screwdriver against the right side end of the clip, with the handle on...

Alternator Sound Like The Possible Problem ? by Robert11
Hello: Not very competent regarding technical matters with cars, so please excuse a dumb querstion: Have an '84 Cressida. Generally runs just great. Lately, it wouldn't start, and as the battery was quite old, I put in a brand new one. Started, then, just fine for a few days.
