1. Distracted drivers talking on cell phones (known as Motor Mouths) 2. Slow drivers in the fast lane (Turtle Racers) -- I like to call them rolling road blocks. 3. Pushy drivers who tailgate (Piggybackers) 4. Drivers who weave through traffic to gain one or two car lengths (Wacky Weavers)

mustang purchase help by [email protected]
Hello, I'm looking at a 1965 ivy green mustang conv. Since it is a big investment for me I'd like a get some helpful feedback. It does not have a power top, but does have a/c & pb & ps. Is it a waste to pay a premium for the AC feature in a convertible? Does the non powr top hurt resale value?...

I dont know why my mustang smokes by 84_mustang_5.0
Recently my 84 5.0 mustang has been pouring white smoke out of the tail pipes. It starts and runs fine but it started smoking recently. I noticed the smoke after driving it a couple days after I filled it with premium gas. Also I think my car burns oil. I use 5W30 motor oil and I was wondering if...

Remove, or not remove that is the question (Air Silencer) by AW
Anyone have an opinion on removing the silencer from a 99-03(4) GT? I have read where you gain nothing, +5 RWHP, and -5 RWHP. I went ahead and pulled mine off the other day, and I swear that while she's louder she feels a little more sluggish. Now I'm wondering if I should put it back on again....

cleaner by wf81
Any recommendations on a good chrome cleaner? I've got 33 yrs. of oxidization. I'm trying to clean the exterior door chrome molding. I've tried rubbing compound, goof off, "never dull" (which worked fantastically on the interior chrome) and a couple off the shelf 3m chrome cleaners. All cleaned the...

2003 SVT Cobra Exhaust by Steve Bell
Hello all, I am new to the group. I would like to ask your opinion on exhaust systems for my '03 Cobra drop top. Right now it has a MagnaFlow cat back system and I am not really thrilled with it. It is a bit too loud for my liking and the excessive rumbling on deceleration drives me nuts. I...

8.8 rear end questions by elaich[_3_]
My '83 GT has a Turbo Coupe 8.8 in it, and it's grinding. It only grinds when making a turn, and only after the car has been driven for awhile. All the info I can find suggests that thelube is worn out/too thin, and that seems to be the case. When I drained it, it was quite thin looking. I...
