Anyone tried the Eibach Pro Street-S Coilovers by [email protected]
They cost about the same as the low end Koni coil over kit, but with higher spring rates(400/350). I'm looking for dual purpose car and the spring rates is pretty close to what I was looking for. Has anyone tried them out? How do they handle and ride? What's Eibach's reliability? I didn't even...

black tonneau by BK
I'm needing a black tonneau cover for an M1...the OEM one that covers the entire cockpit and doesn't have the headrest pockets. Anyone have one in good shape laying around gathering dust they could part with? I don't need any of the hardware. Don't ask what happened to the one I...

Mk 1 heater only works on recirculate? by Simon Wilson
Can anyone help with the above please? I have a (new to me) 1995 Uk spec model. Very happy with it so far. The weather's still relatively good here, still above freezing, but I've noticed that the heater doesn't really work when the air setting is on fresh air. If I move it to recirculate, then the...

Glove box? by XS11E[_3_]
The lower left part of my glove box where the hinge connects is broken, I can probably repair it with JB Weld but I thought I'd ask if anyone has a NA black glove box for sale? -- XS11E, Killing all posts from Google Groups The Usenet Improvement Project: http://improve-usenet.org

Totalled Mazdaspeed on ebay by Chris D'Agnolo
It's really not that bad either. Front end damage. They claim the engine even still runs fine. Interior (leather) and everything on back are great. It's the grey color 04 and the wheels look real good too. At a $4500 'buy now' price it's tempting! Anybody here interested check this...

NC Power kicking in at 3500rpm by Invisible Man
Our UK 2.0 coupé especially when cold seems to run rough until 3500rpm when power suddenly kicks in. It is such a sudden kick that you almost feel could push you into the car in front in traffic. Is this normal? If not has anyone got any ideas what causes it?

Screenwash reservoir cradle by vat677
On my 1995 MX5 1.8Ie the screenwasher reservoir is mounted in the left side front wing, ahead of the road wheel. It sits in a pressed-steel cradle, which had rotted away. Replacing the cradle was not easy, but its all done now - with one exception: there is a 10mm bolt which so far has defeated...

Tidbit by [email protected]
Hey! Maybe y'all knew this, but I think it's kind of cool that the odometer keeps going when you're in REVERSE. Haven't noticed this on another car.

What mods needed for autocross/track days? by [email protected]
Hey everybody. So I've had a lot of fun driving CGGW ('04 Shinsen edition) on the street, but I would like at some point to start exploring its limits in a more controlled environment such as autocross or track days. This may not be until next spring, but I'm thinking ahead a little. Some issue...

Need some help to trouble shoot error code #9 for the Water Thermistor I've been out of town and letting my daughter drive my Miata (91 BRG) to school (all the guys think its cool that she can drive a manual). Anyway, I get home and find out that the check engine light has been coming on. It...

Replacing top door deals on my '99 by Geary Morton
I bought new replacement top door seals for my '99 (the exterior rubber strip at the bottom of the side windows). There are clips all along the bottom of this strip which seems simple enough - just pull off the old strips and push on the new. But there are also rubber appendages on either end...

Hi all, I found some parts a while back cleaning out the garage. The members have been so helpful to me when I had problems with my old Miatas. As the subject says I have a OEM tan wind blocker and tan half-tonneau cover from my old 01 Miata LS for sale. I'd like $50.00 plus shipping for the...

It seems my car's been taking a bit longer to start these days and I'm wondering if something's on the verge of failing. Tell me what ya'all think. Car does always start and turns over as rapidly as ever however, it seems like it's having to turn over for a longer and longer time before it fires...

How to drive a Momentum Car like a Miata? by G. Mack
I was over at Thunderhill a week ago. One of the instructors said that my line was perfect for a big horsepower car. My question is, how does someone driving a Miata "think" about driving around a turn? Also, if someone can recommend a book that gives insight to driving a momentum car, I would...

Harness suggestions for stock seat by G. Mack
