C1 or C2 Buying by Jim M
Dood day folks, I've been bitten by the corvette bug and after owning one for almost a year (1977 Ontario orange coupe), doing restorations and getting up to show room condition, I want to buy another one. I'm going to keep the one I presently have. My question is after watching Barrett and...

Wont turn over. by jim Trinca
1980 Corvette, has intermittent no start problem. For no reason when I least expect it, there is no one home when I turn the key to start. No noise, not cranking, just nothing. Battery is up, just got to sit and wait it out, then when it has a change of mind away it goes again. --

LeMans Corvettes by Jimbo[_3_]
What is known about Corvettes running in the American LeMans racing series. The Aston Martins have been kicking Corvettes asses since the vette engines have been limited. Is the engine limit still in place? The vettes also had a penalty weight added, but apparently it was removed for the current...

C6 roadster or coupe? by JimH[_2_]
I currently own my third Corvette. I had a 1971 LT1, a 1985, and now, a 1993 40th Anniversary. They have all been used when I got them, and they have all been coupes. I'm looking forward to getting my first new Corvette in 2010, for my 60th birthday. I'm really tempted to buy a roadster. I live...

Fuel rail on '93 falling apart by JimH[_3_]
My '93 was running very poorly. I took it to my service guy who diagnosed a clogged fuel injector. He cleaned it, and the car ran well again for one day. I took it back in, and he saw that there was crud on the intake for the injector. He then saw that the fuel line was filled with a hard...

1977 Weatherstripping by Jimi
Hey, I have a '77. The weatherstripping around the main doors are allowing a lot of wind noise. Ordering new ones soon. Any tips on replacing them as I'm afraid to end up with more wind noise than I started with by perhaps putting it off too far to one side etc...never done...

1980 RPM's by Jimmy Vette
I have a 1980 coupe with an auto transmission & 350 motor. I was wondering what the RPM's should read on the tach when cruising at 60 MPH. My car is running at around 3200 which seems a bit high & my gas milage is terrible. I was thinking it should drop down to around 2200. Could this be a trans...

I have a 1993 Corvette and one day while running the AC this blue/whitish smoke started bellowing out of the hood. I didn't know what the problem was, but I managed to get the car home... it was a short drive. The following morning, I started the car up and heard a "thwack". I shut the engine...
