Brera by
Paul Woodsford
When the Brera goes on sale in the UK, which would be the best model to go
for, the 2,2 petrol or the 2.4 Diesel.
The 3+ litres would be outside my budget.
Any advice from the experts would be most welcome.

alfatechnician
Timing belt changes are at 72,000 miles (110,000 km) but it is a good idea to change well before (every 90,000 km)......Should cost less than 500 euros......Not many problems with these cars...........Check for blue smoke on the 1999 car when it starts up as this indicates high oil...

arthur daily
Hi,
I am a total newbie to the realms of audio devices for cars so I am
asking for some advice from the pro's.
I have around £150 - £200 to spend and would like to upgrade my
factory supplied speakers (I believe the car has 6 speakers - 2
components and 2 tweeters in the front, 2 components in the...

156 Heater problem by
Postmaster
re 156 SW 2.5 Q Dec 2000
My heater has packed up.
It will only produce red hot air what ever the setting of the
temperature control. Even with the fan off the cab gets unbearably hot.
I guess the thermostat has packed up.
Does anybody know where it is located? Any advice gratefully received.

FS Alfa 155 1.8 16v by
Pete M
Well, it's for sale or swap, really
97"R" 1.8 16v widebody. Blue, MOT August, Tax til end March, decent tyres,
new brake pads, cambelt / tensioner / variator all replaced 5000 miles ago
(genuine Alfa bits with the upgraded tensioner and variator).
Not immaculate, but far from being scruffy....

Dunlop, Pirelli or Michelin? by
Barry Bingham
Time for a new set of rubber on my 156 2.0L. All 4 tyres (205/60/R15 V)

Primacy, these being the original equipment on my year 2000 car. But now
I have the chance to try something else as the whole set need swapping.

kooki
Hi to all,
I would need to buy family car (baby is coming this spring), so I am
thinking of buying 166 2.4 JTD, year 2001. On first sight car looks
excellent, having just 70.000 km, no damages, engine runs smoothly. Me ex
car was 156, same (2.4 JTD) engine, so I know this engine is very...
