1988 corvett hard starting by BGO
Has anyone had trouble starting a 1988 or any C4 model corvette weather hot or cold intermittently. I changed the cold start injector valve, gave it a tune up, but it still at times will not start unless I crank it a dozen or so times.

Picture of a C5 with a '57 front end tail section by BGRich77
Does any know where I can find pictures of this car? It was a white C5 with the front end and tail section of a '57 Corvette. I can not seem to locate it anymore as I stumbled across it last year. I can not seem to find the correct combination of words to use in the search box. Thank you.

HD 700R4 by Big Al[_3_]
I'm thinking of replacing my TH350 with a 700R4 to get OD. Quick search on the web brings up a lot of so called heavy duty units. Are they any good? What problems will I run into? Will a 700R4 hold up or is there a better option? The car is not a Vette, it's a 73 Nova with a mild 454. You guys...

'94 LT1 runs rough when hot by BigAl
My '94 LT1 runs smooth for the first 50 miles until engine temp gets hot. When it is hot and I am in stop and go traffic with the A/C on, engine surges and sometimes runs rough. At that point, engine hesitates, surges and pings when accelerating. Any ideas what is causing this? No codes showing...

My 1993 Vette when a/c is on the air never comes out of a steady vent, it comes out of face vents for several minutes then it just changes by itself, from floor to defroster. when it comes from defroster it’s a pain because it fogs the windshield. before I take it to the dealer I thought maybe...

New Gas Tank for 1978 Corvette? by BigGuy
The original gas tank that came with my 78 Vette lasted for twenty years. In the last eight years, I have installed two used gas tanks purchased from a salvage dealer. The stain on my garage floor and the smell in the air tell me it is time once again for another tank. I have looked but cannot...
