Model with old car ---- a little help please by

Scanned from an Ektachrome slide I made in October, 1965
I cannot ID this vehicle. There appears to be a C in the moddle of the
hubcaps but I can find no match in Chryslers from 1928 through 1932. Any
thoughts?
