2000 Accord O2 sensor update by
Nasty
To review:
The front O2 sensor went out. A multi-fit sensor that was listed for my car
didn't work. A Bosch sensor new from Advance Auto Parts didn't work
I bought a new one (Densco) from Honda this morning, $200.00 and change with
tax. So far no CEL and no codes, either hard or pending.
Maybe...

91 Accord main relay locaton by

It helps to have the new one in your hand when you're on the
left side of the dash, near the driver's usual knee
location, trying to spot it. Alternatively, maybe the
pictures and photos at the following sites will...

93 Accord hard only running on two cylinders by
rasta1
My 93 accord is only running on the #2 and #4 cylinders. The problem
started with difficult starts in the mornings (I live in
Hawaii...don't think this counts as a cold start) and it would be
even more difficult to start after being parked in the sun for a while.
After getting started, it would...

cabling? by
JanN
Hi,
Does Honda only use one set of cabling in a certain type of car, and then
the difference in trim levels is only a matter of leaving out / installing
certain components?
If they use different cabling for different trim levels then installing for
instance auto cruise would be impossible later...

My wife's Accord as 90,700 miles on it. When we get the oil changed
what kind should we get? We get it changed every 3k/3months
religiously but for the last year or so I have been using the premium
oil. Should I save my money and use regular, continue the premium, or
use the high milage...

tire pressure by
johnin
Here is possibly the most random question. What is the recomondation
for checking your tire pressure (meaning how often, not how to do it)?
I have never heard anything, and even after checking the paperwork from
the tire manufacturer when I bought my tires it just said "often". What
does that mean?...

Interested in hearing from tech's currently employed @ Honda dealer.
Due to lack of qualified independent mechanics in their area, this
repair will need to be done by a dealer.

I have a 91 Honda Accord Wagon. I have the famous problem of the car not

located. Can someone tell me where the Main Relay is located in this car?
Thanks.

90 Accord Front Suspension Rebuild by
nospam
Before doing anything, check the front and rear suspension parts on both
sides and if they are really dirty, take the car to a car wash. If the cv
boots have split or busted open, there will be heavy grease on everything.
Use some good grease remover and clean both sides up really good.
In...

EW1 and D15A2 engines - differences in heads? by
Tom
Hi All-
I have an 87 Honda civic 4 door sedan 5-speed that has been sitting at
my brothers place for at least 6 years now. It broke the camshaft due
to low oil (completely my fault) and wasted the camshaft journals in
the head. I bought an 87 head from a junk yard - D15A2 - and had a
valve job...

2003 Odessy slight hesitation by

I have a 2003 Odessy with a 3.5 V6. It hesitates slightly, and somtimes
drops power for a fraction of a second. It's strange because it only does
it when the gas peddle is slightly depressed, when cruising at high or low
speeds. No problems on acceleratation, no problems starting. I get...

Transmission fluid flush and fill? by

How hard is it to flush and fill my transmission fluid? (2003 CR-V). The

use can affect shift quality...To thoroughly flush the transmission...

95 Accord Window Regulator - Where To Buy GOOD Aftermarket? by
[email protected]
Has anyone had any luck with aftermarket electric window regulators?
(drivers side on a 2 door)
I bought one and replaced it last June, and the POS has already broken.
Nevermind the fact that it only lasted 12 months, this car hardly gets
driven, so the window was probably used only 50-75 times....
