My 2 cents by
oneadvent
Sounds to me like the Elements your best bet. Its very inexpensive and
very practical. The reliability of a Honda is another good point. I do
follow ups for car dealerships sales/service departments. I haven't
heard anything but good things.
The Vibe is a good car, and again nothing too negative...

And What Would You Buy? by
Kate
Susan, what *I* would do, is KEEP LOOKING
Don't settle.NEVER settle. If you hold out, you will be rewarded.
There are millions of these cars out there and the two you mentioned are
only a small sampling. Somewhere there is the EXACT car you are looking for.
Personally, I would settle for nothing...

Premium mark ups on ordered GTs??? by
The Billy
I see that the local dealer currently has a 3K markup on the GTs. If
one orders a GT, any idea if they would still add the markup?

Thanks for your response! :) I wish I had the cash (or
knowledge of ebay) for what you suggest - but I don't... I'm
in-between jobs right now.
There are a bunch of questions I could ask you though, so I'll
write you up a few tonight and send them to the addy you gave....

86 GT Resurrection by
python1
I have a stock 5-spd 86 GT. The tranny blew in late '03 and the car has
been sitting until present.
I got this car for my 18th birthday (I'm 30 now) and was a daily driver
until the tranny failure. I have a sentimental attachment to it. My
plan is to getting it running again, and then routinely...

2003 Mustang GT VIN numbers by
DMHenrie
Most cars have VIN numbers in different places throughout the car.
I am considering buying a R-titled (reconstructed) 2003 Mustang GT, and I
want
to know if the engine matches the body, etc..
Where can I find all the VIN's?

MAF removal question by
[email protected]
'98 3.6L V-6
I've got the MAF exposed. Removed one T-20 TORX. But it looks like the
second bolt has some sort of gray cap that fits in the head that
prevents me from getting the bit into the slots. The other bolt had no
such covering and came right off.....
Anyone know about this?....
