70 mustang tie rod question? by
[email protected]
My 70 mustang originally had a 302 with standard brakes. I've done the
disc brake conversion and noticed the tie rods have a different taper

V8. What tie rod end...

spike is a rapest too by

‘The men were led off to the church’, recalls Rufina, ‘and we women
were all herded into a nearby house. My three children were clinging
to my skirt, and my eight-month-old baby was feeding at my breast.’
Rufina remembers that she stood on a chair to see into the nearby
church, and saw that the...

70 mustang clutch support bracket? by
[email protected]
I'm doing a disc conversion from standard brakes on my 70 mustang
fastback. I'm changing out the brake pedal which came with the kit.The
new brake pedal must be re-located in the bracket. My clutch pedal came
with a spring (looks like a valve spring) at the top of the clutch
pedal. Is this stock? I...

Apparently, right before his 'fact-finding' trip to seek photo-ops in
Louisiana during recovery from the damage caused by hurricane Katrina,
while awaiting his limo to the airport, the Reverend Jesse Jackson
held a short impromptu press conference in the appliance department of
a Sears store in...

Rented a 2005 by
BradandBrooks
Hi all.
I was in Vegas this week and rented a 2005 6 cyl. Mustang for a week. It was an auto and I took it out on the highway lots.
In my 37 years, I've owned nothing but Mustangs for the summer and Broncos for the winter. I've had a 289 '67, a 2.3 '90, and a 5.0 '91 and '93.
Well, I must say,...

AC on 96 3.0 V6 by
Granville
The air conditioning clutch isn't kicking in. Before it quit kicking in
at all, it put out very cold air. I checked fuses and connections and
they all seem to be good. Next, I checked the CCRM connector. Pin 21
shows normal voltage but pin 22 and 23 are dead (0 voltage). According
to my...

Swapping 351C into 68 Coupe?? by
Jeffery
Hullo, I'm contemplating of slotting a 351 cleveland from a Fairlane 500
into my 68 coupe but wondering:
1. Would it fit with the original cast iron headers.
2. Could I use the original 289 engine mounting brackets. (They however look
different).
3. Once installed can I swap the 2 barrel with my...
