OT classic ford? by
Bart Bervoets
Just coming from a scrapyard, needed some vw parts.
Between the usual crap on the yard is a little ford
van, looks a bit like a vw kombi but the front says
ford thames.
Chassis looks very decent, paint good, all parts
there and fully original, and the price is a bargain.
Papers and all are...

[OT] Help Shaggie home by
Neil
It looks like Travis had a little too much to drink and is a little
unsteady.
Haven't we all been there before..... You just move you mouse left to right
(no clicking) to keep him walking in a straight line.
The object of the game is to keep him walking, without falling over, by
using your mouse...

Goldwing engine for Baja by
Anthony
Other than it has a built in gearbox and won't connect up to the VW
transaxle without major surgery, sure why not?
I think a 2.2L 16 valve Subaru engine would be a far more practical way to
go to make a Bug insanely fast.

Feedback needed-New types of T1 Engine cases. by
69' Dune Buggy
What's the status on the Aluminum T1 engine cases? Are they better
than the Mag. engine cases? I'm going to build a new engine and I'm
trying to figure the case situation out.
I see where Scat has a Killer Case, CB has an aluminum case and I see
others as well. Aircooled.net said in a tech...

My neighbor has a roof rack on his '70 Standard beetle that he wants to
sell to me. It is a factory original that came with his '70 when he
bought it new. It looks to be in perfect condition and he wants $125 for
it.
I have two questions. First, will it fit perfectly on my '72 and is it
worth...

Frame Extender by
Jeremy Elwell
Hey,
I was browsing the samba classifieds the other day and came across a VW rod.
It was fenderless with a large amount chopped out of the top. The ad said
that there was a frame extender installed, it also had an ad for a kit to
do this. Now I might be wrong but I am assuming that the kit pushes...

pictures. Well now the article is in the November 2004 Reader's Digest (page
116). The car was used as a prop in a story about how this woman's...

the pan.
Rebuilt H block (1500 with new heads), 33,000 miles on the rebuild.
