Can any one help I have a 156 which has been leaking water into the passenger foot well from the air con I have put a bucket under the fan housing which catches most of it but I am shure the underlying problem is the drain pipe is blocked but I carnt find it at all any suggestions

My alarm went off last night, on my 156, for no particular reason. The indicators didn't flash (as they should) and now the key fob won't de-activate the alarm. Tried spare key and new battery. Please HELP!!!!
