C3 Aluminum Wheels Question by
LR
I have an 80 Corvette that I want to put the stock GM aluminum wheels on (it
has the factory steel road wheels.now).
I note that both Western Wheel and Kelsey Hayes made those aluminum wheels.
Are there any differences? Will either wheel work?
Thanks for your help.

battery cut-off switch? by
Jack Carter
Any reason NOT to use one? And which is the better of the two - the knife
switch or the one with the screw-down knob? A friend tells me that
regardless of which one I get, I'll have to wait 5 or 10 minutes after
turning it from off to on for the computer to re-set things. That doesn't
make much...

any cracks in the (off white colored) urethane on the...

StingRay
I'm considering doing a front disc brake conversion on my '63 and have been
looking at Stainless Steel Brake Corporation's "Front Force 10 2-Piston
Aluminum Caliper Disc Brake Kit ". I was advised by a local speed shop that
the 2 piston kit is excellent for a C2 and that a 3 or 4 piston system...

My 1993 Vette when a/c is on the air never comes out of a steady vent,

Could someone please tell me the proper valve clearances for a 1965 327/375

0.30/0.30. Also, is it possible to adjust the valves cold and not have to
do it again after the engine has warmed up ?

Help with 1981 a/c by
When I turn my a/c on it blows the 25 amp fuse under the dash, I hear a loud
click from what I believe is the slider for the a/c and heat. I unplugged
the wires from the compressor, cooling coil and what I think is the low
Freon switch next to the coil and it still blows the fuse.
Not sure what to...
