driving with NY learner's permit by
Andambruzs
I have a question. I'm 27 and I have a NY learners permit. does anyone know
if I can drive in NJ, Maryland, Delaware and/or Virginia? I would need to
help in driving to Virginia, but I don't know if it's legal.
Need help asap!

Looking for advice-
I currently have my drivers license revoked. Im wondering if moving to
another state,and getting a license there is possible? From what ive
heard,its not possible,theres a national registry.(Ive heard a couple
states dont particpate)But its possible information can somehow...
